Artie Padilla Executive Director
Artie has been working in the nonprofit sector since 1991 and has been serving in church/school ministries since 2002. He is in charge of working with the ENP Board in providing overall direction for the organization.

Vicki Vernon Administrative Assistant
Vicki moved from Texas to Fresno in 2006 and very quickly became a part of the Saturday Sports program at Susan B Anthony, and loves being a mentor! She serves as ENP’s administrative assistant and takes care of everyone in the office. You may also see her delivering lunches to the school sites on Saturday mornings… or running a marathon!

Michelle Winter Volunteer Development Director
Michelle has a degree in Intercultural Studies and has served as both an overseas missionary and in various positions in Fresno’s nonprofit sector since 2004. Michelle is responsible for the orientation and equipping of ENP’s volunteers as well as the facilitation of relationally empowering, social service events for our partnering neighborhoods.

Carol Young Communications Director
Carol has had a variety of life experiences including overseas missions, school secretary and most recently as a business owner. In her role as Communications Director, she is responsible for the website and ENP publications.

Gary Sells Regional Liason
Gary has more than 30 years of experience working in local school districts and universities. Gary serves as ENP's liaison to schools, principals, and local pastors.

Mike Hulme Financial Consultant
Mike is a CPA and was involved in the development and construction of residential country club communities serving as a chief financial officer and project manager primarily in the Palm Springs area of southern California. He is currently retired and serves ENP as a financial consultant.
Connie Provincio Family Resource Coordinator
Connie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. She served as the Lowell Resource Center Director for many years and started a new Family Resource Center in downtown Fresno. Connie gives guidance to our current FRC leaders and assists partnerships in the start-up of new resource centers.
