Artie Padilla Executive Director
Artie has been working in the nonprofit sector since 1991 and has been serving in church/school ministries since 2002. He is in charge of working with the ENP Board in providing overall direction for the organization.

Andrew Young Community Outreach Director
Andrew had 7 years of experience in home building and project management prior to coming on board with ENP. In his position as Community Outreach director, Andrew coordinates and oversees service specific Community Outreach projects with the partnership churches and their neighborhoods.

Michelle Winter Volunteer Development Director
Michelle has a degree in Intercultural Studies and has served as both an overseas missionary and in various positions in Fresno’s nonprofit sector since 2004. Michelle is responsible for the orientation and equipping of ENP’s volunteers as well as the facilitation of relationally empowering, social service events for our partnering neighborhoods.

Vicki Vernon Administrative Assistant
Vicki moved from Texas to Fresno in 2006 and very quickly became a part of the Saturday Sports program at Susan B Anthony, and loves being a mentor! She serves as ENP’s administrative assistant and takes care of everyone in the office. You may also see her delivering lunches to the school sites on Saturday mornings… or running a marathon!

Carol Young Communications Director
Carol has had a variety of life experiences including overseas missions, school secretary and most recently as a business owner. In her role as Communications Director, she is responsible for the website and ENP publications.

Gary Sells Regional Liason
Gary has more than 30 years of experience working in local school districts and universities. Gary serves as ENP's liaison to schools, principals, and local pastors.

Mike Hulme Financial Consultant
Mike is a CPA and was involved in the development and construction of residential country club communities serving as a chief financial officer and project manager primarily in the Palm Springs area of southern California. He is currently retired and serves ENP as a financial consultant.

Mike Slayden Off the Front - Bike/Fitness Ministry
Mike is a teaching pastor at The Well Community Church. He recently launched “Off the Front”, a new initiative that works along side ENP in helping at risk kids break away from the hindrances of poverty, education, and obesity. Through setting goals in the areas of academics, character, and service, 4th graders have an opportunity to earn a new bike, lock, and helmet.
