At Every Neighborhood Partnership, we believe change begins when people show up consistently, with humility, and ready to walk alongside one another. Our 2024–2025 Impact Report tells the story of what can happen when neighbors come together with purpose.
During the 2024-2025 School Year:
We saw a deepening of trust and collaboration across the city:
- 25 schools and neighborhoods were directly impacted through ENP’s work.
- 112 partners from churches to nonprofits to community leaders, served side-by-side with us.
- 91 college interns offered their time and talent to mentor students and lead in local schools.
- 1,563 families received direct support through literacy programs, gardens, fitness classes, and more.

4,442 One-On-One Literacy Sessions & 5,186 Saturday Sports Lunches!
During the 2024-2025 school year, our literacy program offered 4,442 one-on-one sessions, helping students become stronger readers and more confident learners. On average, students showed a 104% increase in reading comprehension, a reflection of their hard work and the dedication of our mentors.

As 1st-grader Kellan shared with his college mentor:
“Jonah, I’m thankful for you helping me with the words and making me sound them out. I’m a better reader because of you.”
We also expanded garden education to five school sites, with 135 hands-on sessions and more than 1,200 learning hours that connected students to health, science, and the natural world.

Beyond the school day, kids also experienced encouragement and community through Saturday Sports. Volunteers created safe, fun spaces for play while serving 5,186 lunches ensuring every child had both a meal and a meaningful connection with caring adults.

848 Residents Empowered through Neighborhood Development Work
ENP doesn’t exist to do the work for neighborhoods, but to equip those already leading.
148 residents completed ENP’s Community Land Use Planning & Development Academy (CLUA), gaining tools to advocate for safe streets, equitable investment, and a voice in shaping their communities.
People like Inez who went from organizing against a local gas station to leading efforts to stop dangerous street racing in their neighborhood near Homan Elementary show what happens when leadership is local and solutions come from the ground up.
“I have always naturally been a person who cares about others, equity, and justice,” Inez said. “What CLUA did was give me some additional tools to make my passion and efforts effective.”
Our work with parents didn’t stop at school campuses. 35 women participated in Latin Dance Fitness this year reclaiming space for movement, joy, and connection.

These kinds of programs aren’t just about physical health, they’re about belonging, agency, and creating spaces where families can flourish.
Let’s Keep Building Together
Everything we’ve accomplished this year is because of people like you: neighbors who believe Fresno’s future should be shaped by love, equity, and shared responsibility.
We’re grateful for the volunteers, donors, mentors, staff, and partners who make this work possible.
