20/TWENTY: An Outreach Training Event

The heart and goal of ENP’s 20/Twentys are to give you a clear vision and the tools you need for serving our under-resourced neighborhoods. We design these to be interactive and engaging.

We will focus our large group time together around an exciting new initiative called Vision 22. Pastors Rici and Phil Skei will share about how they are working to connect churches across racial, economic and social lines together for the flourishing of our city.

Based on your feedback we are offering 5 different breakouts during 2 sessions:

We will focus our large group time together around understanding childhood & neighborhood trauma and its wide-reaching effects. We are excited to share this info and how your work makes a big difference.

Based on your feedback we are offering 5 different breakouts during 2 sessions:

  1. Saturday Sports Leader & Volunteer Reset (Repeating 2x) – All Saturday Sports teams will attend this breakout where we will celebrate the “The Former Things” all of the Kingdom Work that has come to pass this last year and a declaring of the “New Things” all the new opportunities that the Lord is giving to us in the coming new school year!
  2. Keep it Simple and Fun! Ideas to Help Kids Read – Come to learn more about ENP’s Literacy Mentoring program and easy ways you can help young kids in your community learn how to read. Hear some success stories, play some games, and take some reading supplies home! No teaching degree required!
  3. Mapping Your Hood – Come to learn how to use some of the best tools & maps to discover what is going on in your neighborhood and how to make decisions based on real-world data!
  4. Yoga & Drumming?!?! Creative & Fun Ways to Engage Kids (Repeating 2x) – ENP is piloting several programs that are targetted on helping kids process and grow in their social and emotional capacities. This interactive session will give you an experience of this work and how impactful it is.
  5. ENP Orientation – For New Folks! Learn about ENP and get everything you need as you begin as a volunteer.

Leaders will also be able to pick up materials for their Saturday Sports and attendance binders.

Andrew Feil is a dedicated professional with a profound commitment to community transformation. As the Executive Director of Every Neighborhood Partnership (ENP), Andrew is at the forefront of activating, equipping, and mobilizing community members, organizations, and institutions to drive positive change in Fresno. A devoted husband to Denise Feil and a father of four boys, Andrew and his family call the vibrant Tower District of Fresno home. Beyond his leadership role at ENP, Andrew serves as adjunct faculty at Fresno Pacific University in the School of Humanities, Religion, and Social Sciences, bringing his wealth of experience to the academic sphere. Andrew's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Fresno Pacific University and a Master's degree from Bakke Graduate University in Social and Civic Entrepreneurship. His diverse skill set, honed through years of experience, positions him as a dynamic force in community development. Having transitioned from the role of Associate Director in 2015 to Executive Director in 2020, Andrew provides strategic leadership direction for ENP. He oversees the organization's partnerships, finances, and operations, ensuring its continued success in fostering positive community impact. Passionate about leveraging existing community assets, Andrew envisions a future where everyone possesses the ability to be decision-makers, contributing to the creation of healthy and thriving neighborhoods. In addition to his professional pursuits, Andrew enjoys staying active, gardening, indulging in literary pursuits, and supporting the Los Angeles Dodgers and Liverpool Reds.
